株式会社アマナの前身アーバンパブリシティ株式会社に入社以来40年超にわたり国内外のラグジュアリーブランドのジュエリーや時計をはじめ、化粧品や飲料、企業イメージ広告など数多くの撮影を手がける。2024年東京都港区にスタジオを構える。
繊細で緻密なライティングを施したスタジオでのスティルライフだけでなく、自然光での空気感のある空間演出をした写真も得意とする。
NY ADC Awards、New York Festivals、London International Advertising Awards、APA Award、毎日広告賞、 読売広告賞、その他国内外の賞を多数受賞。さらに近年では、撮影を担当したプロダクトが Compasso d'Oro、D&AD Awards、iF Design Award を受賞するなど、被写体の魅力を最大限に引き出すビジュアル表現が、世界的にも高く評価され続けている。

Based in Tokyo, Takashi Sekiguchi has spent more than 40 years photographing advertising work across a wide range of fields, with particular expertise in jewelry and watches.
Highly skilled in lighting techniques that express a delicate and graceful sense of luxury. Also adept at capturing a Japanese sensibility in photographs, with extensive knowledge of Japanese culture, including Bonsai, Sake, Maki-e, and more. Ability to develop unique expressions in still-life photography, both in studio work and outdoor settings using natural light.
Recipient of numerous awards, including the NY ADC Awards, New York Festivals, London International Advertising Awards, APA Award, Mainichi Advertisement Design Competition, and Yomiuri Advertising Awards. More recently, products he photographed have received honors such as the Compasso d’Oro, D&AD Awards, and iF Design Award, further demonstrating the continued global recognition of his visual expression and his ability to bring out the full appeal of each subject.
